Theme & eligibility

Group exhibition “Wanted.” Longed-for,Wished-for, Yearned-for, Desired, Notorious-for, Searched-for, Sought-after, Warranted, Cherished.

‍Mediums: Painting, Drawing, Mixed Media.
‍Max size: 12" × 16".
Up to 3 works per artist.
Images must be JPG/JPEG.
Provide Artist Bio and a Brief Statement.
Include for each work: Title, Size, Medium, Price.

Fee & evaluation

Submission fee: $21 USD, non-refundable and not a guarantee of acceptance.
Entries are juried by ArtUp Gallery curators.

Key dates

Entry deadline: October 22, 2025.
Confirmation of acceptance: November 10, 2025.
Work due at gallery: No later than December 1, 2025.
Exhibition run: December 19, 2025 – January 11, 2026.

Delivery / shipping to ArtUp

Deliver work to ArtUp Gallery, 746 Main Street, Binnekill Square, Margaretville, NY 12455 by December 1, 2025. If mailing, include a clear return address, sufficient return postage (USPS or UPS), and proper packaging.

Pickup / returns after the show

In-person pickup at ArtUp Gallery, 746 Main Street, Binnekill Square, Margaretville, NY 12455 on:
• January 11, 2026 (after 4pm)
• January 12–13, 2026 (Noon–5pm)
If mailing returns, include a return address, proper packaging, and sufficient postage (USPS or UPS). ArtUp will ship returns the week of January 12, 2026. ArtUp is not responsible for work left at the gallery after January 12, 2026.

Media & marketing

By submitting, you confirm the images are your own work and that you own all rights. If accepted, you grant ArtUp the right to use your images on our website, social media, and other channels to promote exhibitions. Full credit and copyright remain with the artist.

Sales & payout‍

Commission: 70% artist / 30% gallery on sales from the exhibition. Payment by check or Venmo (646-226-7318).
