A Summer-Fun themed exhibit.
Beth Caspar is a multidisciplinary artist whose work explores shape and pattern informed by simple mathematics, planar geometry, chance, and more recently the alphabet. She holds a BFA in printmaking from the University of Florida. In 2013 she relocated her studio from Brooklyn to the Catskills.
Ms. Caspar exhibits nationally and internationally and has work in the collections of MoMA, the Brooklyn Museum, the Columbus (Georgia) Museum of Art, the D’Arcy Thompson Museum in Dundee Scotland, and the New York Public Library, as well as numerous corporate and private collections. She is represented by the Kentler International Drawing Space in Brooklyn, NY, and has independently curated a variety of group shows over the past 20 years. She is also the cofounder of ad hoc projects, a small collective of upstate New York artists who mount site-specific and virtual pop-up exhibits.
Eddie Donoghue is an artist living in Margaretville. He has shown his paintings and photography at 1053 Gallery, Art Up, and the Andes Academy of Art.
